Overview

We’re looking for a skilled Solution Engineer to join Novisto! In this role, you’ll partner with our Sales and Business Development teams as the technical expert, showcasing our ESG data management software and delivering tailored solutions to meet client needs.

In Short

  • Partner with Sales and Business Development teams for technical discussions.
  • Assist with RFP evaluations from a technical perspective.
  • Lead product demos and technical presentations.
  • Establish trust with clients through expertise and recommendations.
  • Assess client needs and recommend solutions.
  • Maintain relationships as a trusted technical advisor.
  • Collaborate with product and tech teams on solutions.
  • Stay updated on technical trends.
  • Represent Novisto at industry events.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years in a similar technical role.
  • Ability to translate complex information for diverse audiences.
  • Superior communication skills.
  • Comfortable in meetings with executives.
  • Proactive in proposing developments.
  • Solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Technical background in consulting/engineering preferred.
  • Interest in a startup environment.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Ability to travel occasionally.
