Overview

We’re seeking a driven and detail-oriented Bilingual Customer Success Manager, based out of London, to own and lead Enterprise customer relationships with confidence and creativity. In this role, you’ll take charge of roughly 20 accounts, ensuring every detail is managed and every interaction delivers value. You’ll collaborate with analysts, product, engineering, and business teams to help customers fully adopt Novisto, achieve their goals, and grow their partnership with us. If you excel at steering calls, driving next steps, and thinking outside the box to solve challenges, we’d love to have you on the team!

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management.
  • Deep caring about customers and ability to empathize.
  • Passion for the ESG industry.
  • Strong communication skills in English and a second language.
  • Ability to prioritize work and manage a large workload.
  • Track record of excellence in work.
  • Structured and analytical approach to work plans.
  • Entrepreneurial approach to testing hypotheses.
  • Experience in startup, software development, or SaaS preferred.
