Overview

NovaKid is an online school for children aged 4-12, teaching English with native speakers from the US and UK. We are seeking a Sales Manager fluent in Spanish and English to sell our courses and manage customer relations.

In Short

• Sell online English courses for children aged 4-12.
• Communicate with customers post-trial lesson to secure payment.
• Record clients for trial sessions and manage scheduling.
• Engage with clients via calls and chats.
• Maintain client history in CRM.

Requirements

• Advanced Spanish (C2) or Native speaker.
• Proficient in English (C1).
• Knowledge of Russian is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
• Experience in a language school is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Able to handle large amounts of information.
• Responsible and attentive.
• Multi-tasking abilities.
