Lead the management of the Referral channel.

Drive lead volume and optimize conversion rates.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in managing Referral/Loyalty programs.
Technical literacy to translate business needs into technical requirements.
Strong analytical mindset to analyze complex funnels.
