Requirements

• Five or more years of 401(k) plan administration experience.
• Knowledge of ADP/ACP, 415, 410(b), Top Heavy, and 401(a)(4) non-discrimination testing.
• Familiarity with MEP service models is a plus.
• NIPA or ASPPA credential, or a 4-year college degree.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage a book of business independently.
• High level of critical thinking.
• Commitment to lifelong learning.
