Overview

The Community Program Manager for Germany will help grow and support Notion's local community, facilitating engagement and community-led activities.

In Short

• Contract role from March 2025 to January 2026
• Open to remote work in GMT or GMT+1 timezone
• Grow the local community by inviting and welcoming new members
• Onboard and support community members
• Facilitate community-led digital content creation
• Support local community events
• Create reporting documents
• Be a Notion power user and advocate
• Business proficiency in German and English required
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a Community function

Requirements

• Experience in organizing and managing events
• Business proficiency in German and English
• A builder and business mindset
• Experience working remotely and with global teams (nice to have)
• Experience building communities in the SaaS ecosystem (nice to have)
