Overview

As a Senior Incentive Compensation Governance Analyst at Stewart, you will play a critical role in transforming compensation by supporting the documentation, governance, and delivery of incentive plans. You will collaborate across teams to ensure that compensation frameworks are scalable and audit-ready.

In Short

  • Support the design and maintenance of governance frameworks for variable compensation programs.
  • Translate compensation design decisions into structured deliverables.
  • Serve as a key contact for audit and compliance activities.
  • Manage documentation and governance workflows for compensation exceptions.
  • Maintain end-to-end plan documentation as the system of record.
  • Partner with teams to ensure plan documentation is executable and aligned.
  • Track timelines and milestones for incentive initiatives.
  • Identify and escalate risks related to governance standards.
  • Act as a coordination point between multiple departments.
  • Provide guidance and communication on governance processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in HR, Business, or Finance.
  • 5–7+ years of progressive compensation experience.
  • Meaningful exposure to incentive plan governance and documentation.
  • Strong skills in stakeholder management and data analysis.
  • Experience in HR project management.
