Overview

The Revenue Integrity Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting the Clinical Department and revenue cycle at Northwestern Medicine, ensuring compliance and accuracy in charge capture processes.

In Short

• Perform daily maintenance and audits of the EAP.
• Identify charge capture opportunities and compliance issues.
• Research and implement billing and coding regulations.
• Assist in quarterly audits on charge master data.
• Support complex audits and pricing reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Understanding of CPT coding and billing requirements.
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations.
