Overview

The Corporate Director of Alumni Services is responsible for overseeing the alumni program, ensuring smooth transitions for clients into recovery-centered lives, and maintaining connections within the Northpoint community.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience required.
• 4+ years in behavioral health or substance use field.
• 2+ years in community engagement or alumni relations.
• 1+ year in a management role.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills required.
• Knowledge of recovery support systems preferred.
• Interpersonal and engagement skills are essential.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
