Overview

North South Consulting Group, LLC (NSCG) is seeking an experienced Proposal Manager to lead and manage the development of high-quality, compliant, and compelling proposals for government and commercial solicitations.

In Short

• Lead the end-to-end proposal development process.
• Assemble and manage cross-functional proposal teams.
• Oversee the creation and revision of proposal content.
• Develop and maintain proposal schedules.
• Conduct thorough reviews of proposal documents.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements.

• Manage multiple proposals simultaneously.
• Some travel may be required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in proposal management.
• APMP certification preferred.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and proposal management tools.
• Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of federal procurement processes and regulations.
