Overview

We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives in the HVAC sector with a focus on customized air handling units (AHUs).

In Short

  • Develop and execute a growth strategy focused on selling customized AHUs.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored HVAC solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and bids.
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements.

  • Provide accurate forecasting and reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in business development or sales in HVAC.
  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems.
  • Ability to achieve sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
