Product Developer Payroll - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an experienced UK based Payroll Functional Product Developer to join Norfolk County Council, focusing on the maintenance of and development of the Oracle Payroll system.

In Short

• Develop and maintain Oracle Payroll system.
• Work with the Payroll Product Owner and development team.
• Design, develop, test, and implement new features.
• Ensure user needs are met and assess impacts of changes.
• Support up to 24K employees with payroll processes.
• Provide innovative solutions and coaching to team members.
• Basic SQL experience required for data querying.
• Knowledge of payroll legislation is essential.

Requirements

• Experience in HCM/Payroll development.
• Knowledge of Oracle Fusion and fast formulas.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to coach and support development team members.
• Basic experience with OTBI and HDL loaders.
• Knowledge of Redwood, Oracle Time and Labour or Oracle Absence is advantageous.
