Remote Recruitment Coordinator

Overview

NoGigiddy is seeking a dedicated and organized Recruitment Coordinator to assist with hiring gig workers using our app (NextCrew). This is a remote position that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for connecting people with job opportunities.

In Short

• Assist in sourcing gig workers through job boards and social media.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Act as a point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Manage the flow of applications and maintain the applicant tracking system.
• Assist with onboarding activities for new hires.
• Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities.
• Create and post gig job advertisements.
• Assist in conducting background and reference checks.
• Help organize recruitment events and job fairs.
• Provide guidance to candidates on using the NextCrew app.
