Overview

As a Sales Development Representative, you will research potential clients, connect with and educate prospects, and qualify leads through outreach methods such as cold calls, emails, or social networking to schedule demos for your Account Executive.

In Short

  • Grow your individual book of business by proactively generating new qualified leads.
  • Identify, connect with, qualify, sort, and track leads.
  • Achieve and exceed various core metrics, quotas, and KPIs set by your manager.
  • Display exceptional cold-call prospecting and consultative phone skills.
  • Utilize Salesforce for proper documentation and opportunity forecasting.
  • Maintain knowledge of market conditions and competitive activities.
  • Perform other duties as needed.

  • Coachable and eager to learn with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and follow policies and procedures.
  • Bonus skills include experience with Salesforce and IT sales.
