Overview

As a Revenue Enablement Onboarding Program Specialist, you will play a critical role in equipping new revenue team members with knowledge, skills, and tools needed for success. You will support the design, execution, and continuous improvement of our onboarding programs.

In Short

  • Facilitate and coordinate onboarding programs for new hires across sales and customer-facing roles.
  • Ensure new hires follow structured 30, 60, and 90-day learning paths.
  • Organize live and virtual training sessions and workshops.
  • Assist in developing role-based onboarding materials.
  • Work with SMEs to curate and update training content.
  • Partner with enablement leaders and sales managers for timely training.
  • Monitor onboarding engagement and performance metrics.
  • Identify areas for improvement in onboarding programs.
  • Help maintain a scalable onboarding framework.
  • Other duties as needed.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in sales enablement or related field.
  • Experience supporting onboarding programs for sales roles.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies.
  • Comfortable facilitating training sessions.
  • Proficiency with enablement tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or IT sales preferred.
  • Background in adult learning principles preferred.
