We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer with dedication, and an eye for detail to ensure quality software for our customers. You will support software quality testing for our growing suite of automated endpoint management platform.

In Short

IT Operations Expertise: Understand user requirements and provide feedback on product usability.
Quality Testing & Troubleshooting: Conduct comprehensive software testing and maintain accurate test plans.
Documentation: Create detailed reports on the quality of software applications after testing.
Continuous Improvement: Recommend enhancements to current testing methodologies and processes.
Collaboration: Work with developers and product managers to ensure quality standards.
5+ years of experience in Technical IT Support, Product Support, or Systems Engineering.
Experience with scripting languages like PowerShell, Bash, Python.
Familiarity with Windows, Mac, or Linux operating systems.
Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, SQL, MySQL.
Experience with API platforms and remote-control tools.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in technology is a distinct advantage.
5+ years of experience in relevant roles.
2+ years of experience scripting in multiple languages.
Experience with network equipment and management.
Experience setting up Virtual Machines.
Ability to analyze information from log files.
Outstanding communication skills.
