Overview

As our Partner Marketing Coordinator Americas, you will be instrumental in bringing NinjaOne’s channel and partner marketing programs to life. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Partner Marketing Americas, this role is focused on flawless execution, attention to detail, and cross-functional collaboration.

In Short

• Plan, manage, and execute logistics for partner events and campaigns.
• Coordinate partner participation in industry events.
• Support co-marketing initiatives and take ownership of campaign components.
• Maintain program calendars, project plans, and budgets in Asana.
• Track event and campaign performance using Salesforce and Tableau.
• Manage partner marketing requests from sales teams.
• Collaborate with partner marketing contacts on deliverables.
• Document processes and recommend improvements.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 3+ years of B2B marketing experience.
• Experience planning and executing partner events.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Asana, Salesforce, and Tableau.
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate performance data.
• Strong communicator and team player.
• Self-starter comfortable in fast-paced environments.
• Experience in SaaS or technology markets preferred.
