Overview

We are seeking a strategic, execution-focused, and data-driven leader to guide our Customer Success team focused on State, Local Government, and Education (SLED) through the next stage of NinjaOne’s growth.

In Short

  • Lead and develop a team of SLED-focused Customer Success Managers.
  • Set and maintain KPIs aligned to SLED retention and expansion goals.
  • Oversee the management of a portfolio of SLED customers.
  • Develop strategic plans for renewals, cross-sell, and up-sell opportunities.
  • Utilize Salesforce to track team activities and account status.
  • Act as a SLED customer advocate within the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer success.
  • Foster a high-performance culture within the team.
  • Analyze product usage data for trends and opportunities.
  • Implement best practices for SLED account management.

Requirements

  • 3+ years' experience in B2B SaaS as an Account Manager or Customer Success Manager.
  • 3+ years’ experience with SLED customers required.
  • 2+ years of people leadership experience.
  • Understanding of public sector procurement cycles.
  • Exceptional consultative skills and analytical mindset.
  • Strong organization and prioritization abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
  • Salesforce experience required.
  • Experience in the SaaS/cloud or IT industry is a plus.
