Overview

As a C++ software engineer at NinjaOne, you will be maintaining features, diagnosing and identifying source code fixes within our Ninja Remote and Quick Connect feature suite.

In Short

Diagnose and document customer support issues.
Work with QA Engineers to reproduce customer support issues.
Identify recommended code fixes.
Collaborate with Senior Developers to test and fix bugs.
Maintain and improve current applications.
Support embedded applications for Windows, MacOS, and Linux.
Analyze product usability for client satisfaction.
Design and code new software IT operations products.
Work in an agile environment focusing on customer results.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent work experience.
2 to 5 years of C++ or C development experience.
Experience with C++ Qt framework for cross-platform development.
Knowledge of low-level APIs on Windows, Mac, and Linux.
Experience with Visual Studio, XCode, or QtCreator.
Version control with Git.
Understanding of OOP design principles.
