Accounting Specialist (m/f/d) - 100% Remote

Overview

We are looking for you to strengthen our Finance Team in full-time or part-time - 100% remote.

In Short

• Prepare payment transactions
• Request documents from departments
• Archive documents securely and legally
• Check invoices formally and substantively
• Pre-account invoices
• General office organization
• Create business correspondence
• Close collaboration with the team to ensure optimal support for accountants

Requirements

• Successfully completed commercial training
• Professional experience in preparatory accounting
• High level of personal responsibility and attention to detail
• Very good German language skills (C1), English skills are an advantage
• Good knowledge of DATEV
• Proficient in MS Office applications and Google Workspace
