nimble solutions is currently seeking a Senior Account Receivable Representative to join our growing team! nimble provides revenue cycle outsourcing services to ambulatory surgery centers (“ASCs”), surgical practices, surgical hospitals, and anesthesia groups. In Short

• Responsible for production performance and quality on assigned client accounts.
• Work on client accounts requiring additional support due to complexity.
• Understanding of Medical Liens related to personal injury cases.
• Drive results on client accounts and exceed productivity targets.
• Subject matter expert for client accounts and personal injury cases.
• Identify denial trends and recommend recovery plans.
• Assist with resolution of challenging accounts and claims.
• Maintain knowledge of client specific SOWs.
• Partner with learning and development to create training curriculum.
• Manage and produce for assigned accounts.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in A/R, with at least 1 year in AR 2 position.
• 2+ years A/R and claims in the healthcare industry.
• 2+ years dealing directly with lawyers.
• Expert knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Private Insurance.
• Strong analytical skills and proven success in driving results.
• Expert level of expertise with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, HITECH, and patient confidentiality policies.
• Intermediate knowledge of revenue cycle required.
• 2+ years’ experience in RCM practice management systems.
• Detail-oriented skillset for medical accounts receivable.
