Overview

As a Lead Data Scientist within the Data Science Methods team, you will drive the definition and support of new products and methods development, focusing on innovation in data processing for retail measurement and automation.

In Short

• Define, plan, and execute analyses for innovation initiatives.
• Prototype solutions and support pilot programs.
• Engage in test-driven development of scalable data processing applications.
• Deliver high-quality documentation of methodologies.
• Collaborate with Developers, Data Scientists, and Technology engineers.

Requirements

• PhD in Statistics with strong analytical skills.
• Experience in trend analyses and multivariate statistics.
• High proficiency in Python and data analysis packages.
• Experience with Spark or big data solutions.
• Experience in machine learning.
• Familiarity with cloud computing (MS Azure preferred).
• Experience with Docker and Linux command line.
• Strong communication skills in English.
