Development Operations (DevOps) Engineer - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to strengthen and scale our multi-cloud data processing infrastructure, playing a key role in managing high-load Kubernetes environments and enhancing CI/CD pipelines.

In Short

• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure (AWS required; GCP optional)
• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins
• Improve observability through monitoring, logging, and alerting systems
• Implement and enforce cloud security best practices
• Collaborate with development teams on data pipelines
• Drive automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Troubleshoot operational issues
• Provide architectural guidance
• Participate in incident response and post-mortem analysis
• Senior candidates are expected to lead initiatives and mentor team members

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with AWS
• Experience with GCP is a plus
• 3 years of experience with Kubernetes and CNCF tools
• 3 years working with CI/CD tools
• 3 years of experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform and Helm)
• 3 years working with observability tools
• Strong understanding of cloud security principles
• Proficiency in Linux system administration
• Excellent scripting skills (e.g., Bash, Python, or Go)
• Experience working in global, remote teams
