Overview

NielsenIQ’s Early Career Program offers several internship opportunities in Warsaw’s NIQ Operations Center for Western Europe. Warsaw Hub consists of a multidisciplinary team, focused on setting up and delivering products and solutions to key FMCG Clients in Europe. As a part of this team, you will have an exciting opportunity to work closely with diverse clients, enhancing their experience with NIQ’s solutions while ensuring high-quality service delivery.

In Short

• Understand a broad portfolio of NIQ solutions, such as market analysis tools, consumer behavior tracking systems, and data visualization platforms.
• Investigate, validate, and resolve client queries through efficient workflows.
• Perform feasibility studies and analyze data to determine the most appropriate solution.
• Work on diverse data challenges, ensuring simplicity, scalability, reproducibility, and maintainability.
• Communicate results effectively to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience working with large real-world datasets and top FMCG companies in Europe.
• Gain insight into the retail and Consumer Insight business.
• Work collaboratively as a team member, fostering motivation and effective relations.
• Develop foundational knowledge of NIQ solutions and client interaction skills.
• Engage in two 6-month assignments during the full-time phase tailored to skills and performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree, which can be pursued concurrently with a Masters program if it allows for 3-days a week employment.
• Fluent level of English; Polish is not mandatory.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively across different teams.
• Proactive attitude with a focus on continuous improvement.
