BI Consultant - Remote

Overview

The BI Consultant will support the BI strategy for European clients, enabling them to leverage tools for their data needs.

In Short

• Assist NIQ clients in understanding and utilizing BI tools effectively.
• Develop and propose BI solutions tailored to clients' recurrent data needs.
• Deliver on performance tracking and success measurement.
• Consult directly with clients on optimizing BI tools.
• Identify leads from client interactions.
• Own end-to-end processes of reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet client requirements.
• Support day-to-day BI customer needs and transformation initiatives.
• Aid in user education for BI tools.
• Engage in continuous learning opportunities.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in client servicing in the FMCG sector, especially in Business Intelligence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Proven experience with BI tools such as Discover (NIQ) or PowerBI.
• Previous experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Passion for learning and applying new technologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Demonstrated project management skills.
• Good collaboration skills.
