Overview

Nielsen’s Corporate Audit Staff (CAS) is a fast-paced, dynamic, and highly-selective team that provides objective assurance over Nielsen’s reported financials. We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Finance Audit Manager to lead and manage financial audits within our dynamic Internal Audit function.

In Short

• Lead and manage financial audits in accordance with the internal audit plan.
• Develop risk-based audit programs and testing procedures.
• Oversee the work of internal audit staff and provide guidance.
• Review audit work papers and reports for quality and accuracy.
• Identify financial risks and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Communicate audit findings and track action plans.
• Collaborate with management across various departments.
• Assist in the development of internal audit policies and procedures.
• Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in internal or external auditing.
• Proven experience in leading audit projects and teams.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and internal auditing standards.
• Familiarity with SOX compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication skills for presenting findings.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, PowerBI, Tableau).
