Overview

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be part of a dynamic, bright, and customer-facing team focused on the delivery and implementation of custom development / feature development for NICE Actimize Financial Crime Prevention solutions for Leading Financial institutions.

In Short

• Provide senior-level technical configuration and programming as required.
• Provide process, data, and object modeling in various application and database environments.
• Provide database design, development, and enhancement.
• Provide technical architecture leadership and analysis.
• Maintain expertise in industry-leading contact center technologies.
• Serve in a project manager capacity for system life cycle development.
• Develop costing proposals and perform risk analysis.
• Provide business analysis and systems design for major projects.

Requirements

• BS/BA in technical or business field or equivalent work experience required. MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of professional experience beyond education requirements.
• Broad skills in technology & analysis; experience in communicating at technical and functional levels.
• Deep skills around business analysis/call centers; experience in KPIs and best practices.
• Professional and confident public presence; experience in commanding large audiences.
• Deeply technical expertise in software engineering, programming languages, integration, and/or databases.
• Desired personal profile: smart, analytical, inquisitive, service-oriented, friendly demeanor.
