Overview

As a professional automation engineer at NICE, you will be responsible for building automated systems and tests for both front-end UI and backend services, ensuring the quality of distributed systems.

• Defining and executing Test Plans for high-complexity products.
• Monitoring and tracking Test Plan/Automation Projects.
• Reviewing projects to manage changes in scope and priorities.
• Implementing Test Automation Projects.
• Ensuring Build Acceptance Tests are executed on time.
• Defining and improving QA Processes and Best Practices.
• Creating and tracking Test Metrics and Project Metrics.
• Motivating the team to deliver quality projects efficiently.
• Applying innovative concepts in testing to enhance coverage.
• Collaborating in a hybrid work environment with flexibility.

Requirements

• 4+ years of testing experience with automation tools.
• Strong knowledge of DB and SQL.
• Experience in Cross teams functional End to End testing.
• Strong knowledge of AWS services.
• Experience with Playwright and JavaScript.
• Strong debugging and triaging skills.
• Knowledge of performance testing (UI & API).
• Experience with API automation tools like Postman.
• Familiarity with SDLC phases and Testing Life cycle.
• Strong Requirements and Business Analysis skills.
