QA & Automation Lead - Remote

Overview

NICE is looking for a highly motivated QA & Automation Lead to join CXone, our fully integrated open cloud customer experience platform.

In Short

• Serve as the senior QA professional in the R&D group
• Take an active role in-process inspection and improvement
• Review software and test cases design, challenging them to detect potential quality concerns
• Actively track the team’s tasks, analyze the testing needs and define QA activities
• Plan, define and execute tests as part of the group's QA related activities
• Continuously analyze and challenge existing testing coverage
• Drive the team for continuous improvement and innovate with quality assurance practices
• Partner with engineering and DevOps teams to leverage automation for scalable solutions

Requirements

• BSc in Computer Science, or equivalent work experience
• At least 5 years of experience in QA/Automation positions
• Experience in test design and execution for complex systems
• Deep understanding of QA methodologies
• Understanding of various types of testing
• Hands-on experience in Java/JS or other OO language
• Knowledge of Continuous Integration Tools, i.e. Jenkins
• Experience with a public cloud provider, preferably AWS
• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools
