QA and Automation Engineer - Remote

Overview

As a QA and Automation Engineer at NICE, you will perform manual testing and build automation tests for both front-end UI aspects, backend services, and databases, testing all aspects of a distributed system.

In Short

• Perform manual testing and build automation tests.
• Analyze information and solve problems within your professional space.
• Create and execute automation E2E test cases for web applications.
• Maintain automation infrastructure.
• Interface with R&D Groups, Sales, Customer Support, and Services.
• Responsible for defined tasks of low to medium complexity.
• Good understanding of subject matter theory and professional concepts.
• Attend training to enhance existing knowledge.
• Adhere to defined SDLC processes.

Requirements

• BE./B.Tech in Computer Science, Industrial/Electronic Engineering.
• 8+ years of experience in IT as Developer, Automation Engineer, or QA.
• 6+ years of experience in Automation testing of web applications.
• 2+ years of experience in Backend automation testing using Cucumber.
• Experience in test design and execution for complex systems.
• Hands-on coding experience in any software development or scripting language.
• Experience working with Databases and writing SQL queries.
• Experience with defect management tools, preferably Jira.
• Deep understanding of QA methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Experience working in Agile.
• A team player.
