The position of Technical Consultant at NFON plays a central role in providing tailored communication solutions for our customers and partners. Acting as a link between technology and customers, you ensure that customer requirements and challenges are successfully transformed into innovative, efficient solutions. What makes this role particularly exciting is the variety of tasks, ranging from analyzing customer needs to delivering solutions and optimizing existing ones. You will not only act as a technical contact but also as a bridge between departments and customers. In Short

• Technical support for sales, NFON partners, and international NFON branches during the presales phase
• Processing tenders (national and international)
• Solution design considering customer requirements, data protection, security, and network concepts
• Presentation of individual solutions and concepts for customers and partners
• Close collaboration with sales and product management

Requirements

• At least two years of experience in consulting, presales, or support in an international environment, preferably in telecommunications
• Solid knowledge of network and cloud technologies, especially in VoIP and AI
• Analytical and communication skills: identification of customer requirements, development of suitable solutions, clear communication of technical concepts.
• Keywords like Contact center, AI, REST-API, SIP, VOIP are familiar to you
• Quick comprehension and enthusiasm for technical innovations
• Very good German and English language skills
