Overview

As a strategic HR Business Partner for the NFON Business Areas and their People Leads, you are responsible for all employee, team, and leadership topics as well as their development and performance. You act as a bridge between the business areas, employees, and the company, proactively addressing all personnel-related issues while promoting a positive corporate culture.

In Short

  • Strategic consulting for management teams and employees to support leadership decisions and company growth.
  • Systemic coaching of leaders to promote team development and excellent leadership.
  • Support for leaders in their continuous development.
  • Advising on labor law issues and close collaboration with the People Services & Systems Team.
  • Participation in Learning & Development projects focusing on leadership and talent development.
  • Accompanying and supporting change initiatives by creating fundamental structures and processes for successful transformation.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills and a recognized degree in psychology, business administration, or a combination of both.
  • Solid understanding of people & culture principles, processes, and laws with at least 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner.
  • Certified systemic coach with extensive expertise in leadership and team development.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ease of communication.
  • Proven conceptual and project management skills.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented approach to challenges.
  • Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.
  • Values openness, respectful interaction, and mutual support; integrity is important.
