Global Pricing Manager - Remote

Overview

As a Global Pricing Manager, you will be responsible for the entire pricing structure of NFON AG across all markets and countries. Based on customer segmentation, value propositions, and business goals, you will define pricing models and make recommendations for new product launches and business initiatives.

• Analyze market trends and competitor pricing strategies to develop pricing concepts.
• Continuously monitor market pricing dynamics and competitor benchmarks.
• Evaluate financial impacts of pricing decisions and conduct revenue change forecasts.
• Ensure pricing effectiveness through regular analysis of profitability and revenue streams.
• Collaborate closely with sales, product, and marketing teams on pricing strategies.
• Establish and enforce pricing policies and discount guidelines.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in developing and implementing pricing strategies.
• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Strong Excel skills for creating complex pricing models.
• Ability to communicate effectively and defend analyses at all organizational levels.
• Proactive attitude, high initiative, and teamwork skills with financial acumen.
• Fluent in German and English (at least C1 level).
