Global Sourcing Manager - Remote

Overview

As a member of the global Talent Acquisition & Mobility team, the EMEA & AMER Sourcing Manager will partner closely with a community of global Talent Acquisition leads/managers, sourcers, recruiters and our recruiting operations team to drive world class hiring practices and strategy and to achieve high volume hiring goals.

In Short

• Coach & lead a small team of sourcers across EMEA & AMER.
• Set goals and KPI Frameworks using data insights.
• Lead & further develop a comprehensive talent ready strategy.
• Provide innovative, scalable solutions to drive hiring demand.
• Utilise data to continuously evolve the sourcing strategy.
• Help individual contributors grow their careers and skills.
• Leverage data to make educated decisions regarding sourcing processes.
• Experiment with new ways to optimise our pipelines.
• Cross functionally collaborate with TA leadership & senior stakeholders.

• Experience in a corporate Sourcing leadership role.
