As a Manager Planning & Performance Management at nfaculty, you will play a key role in optimizing corporate management for clients, utilizing your expertise in corporate governance, controlling, and planning.

In Short

• Serve as a "player-coach" in corporate governance and performance management.
• Provide strategic consulting for planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
• Design and implement planning applications using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
• Lead and acquire complex customer projects from analysis to go-live.
• Build and develop the consulting team in Planning & Performance Management.
• Support presales activities and enhance service offerings.
• Establish new sales channels in collaboration with partners.
• Position nfaculty as a thought leader through presentations and webinars.

Requirements

• Completed university degree with proven expertise.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in corporate governance, controlling, or financial planning.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud and other BI tools.
• Good understanding of financial processes in SAP S/4HANA.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and a hands-on approach.
• Fluent in German and English (C1 level).
• Willingness to travel for client workshops and events.
