Overview

The Vice President of Information Technology (IT) will lead and support technology operations across business centers in Manila and Cebu, overseeing IT infrastructure and technology-driven initiatives for over 6,000 employees.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering.
• 15+ years of IT experience, with 3+ years in leadership roles.
• Proven track record in managing BPO technology infrastructure.
• Experience in program management and technology budgeting.
• Strong understanding of contact center technology trends.
• Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and certification.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work night shifts.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on experience linking business strategy to IT solutions.
