In Short

• Design Systems in Figma to build scalable component libraries.
• Manage Brandfolder governance for organized assets.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in design operations, creative technology, or production design roles.
• Strong fluency in Figma and digital asset management platforms (Brandfolder experience a plus).
• Familiarity with marketing/creative production workflows across digital, social, and campaign environments.
• Systems thinker who enjoys building processes, documentation, and repeatable solutions.
• Strong collaborator with excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable balancing detail-oriented execution with big-picture operational strategy.
