Product Designer | Design Systems Lead - Remote

Overview

Exiger’s Product Design department is looking for a well-organized, multi-talented and passionate Product Designer to bring best of breed UX, UI & GUI elements to all our products – via a state-of-the-art Design System they will help build & maintain. The Product Designer | Design Systems Lead will organize, analyze, spec, and hands-on design our key components, templates and repeatable elements, working closely with engineers, PMs, and design peers in tandem to deliver our ambitious product roadmap & ensure processes, standards, and living design system motion are met.

In Short

• Configure a Figma file structure and living design system directory.
• Collaborate closely with front-end engineers and fellow designers.
• Perform Design QA on new features, templates, components, and atoms.
• Follow the product design cycle from research to final hand-off.
• Ensure design consistency across products.
• Conduct research exercises with customers to refine design concepts.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously.

Requirements
