• We are seeking a Product Designer to join our Design Systems team.
• This role focuses on building and evolving shared patterns and components across Figma’s products.
• Contribute to the strategy and decision-making regarding cross-product design systems.
• Define and communicate a clear vision for shared design patterns.
• Collaborate with product management, engineering, and design teams.
• Create, iterate, and refine design system components.
• Drive the adoption and continuous improvement of the design system.
• 5+ years of experience in UX and UI design with a focus on design systems.
• Experience managing complex projects across teams.
• Proficiency in prototyping to communicate design decisions.

• Experience working independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to create scalable solutions for complex user experiences.
