Overview

The Staff Product Designer will be responsible for building and maintaining a comprehensive design system for Super.com’s products across web and mobile app, ensuring high-quality standards and facilitating collaboration across teams.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product design experience.
• 2+ years of experience in building design systems.
• Experience with consumer products in a startup environment.
• Proven product design skills in visual design and user experience.
• Technical understanding of design across various devices.
• Experience using user research and data for decision-making.
• Proficiency with Figma and other design tools.
• Experience in mentoring designers.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
