Overview

As a Senior/Staff Product Manager at Super.com, you will lead a cross-functional team focused on cash advance products, driving outcomes and enhancing the lives of Super+ members.

In Short

  • Lead the Cash Advance Mission Aligned Team (MAT) and be accountable for product outcomes.
  • Set and deliver on OKRs, updating stakeholders on progress.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure successful product execution.
  • Write and review PRDs and experiments, analyzing their impacts.
  • Manage relationships with key executives and stakeholders.
  • Conduct deep analysis using various tools to inform product decisions.
  • Take ownership of the customer experience and product quality.
  • Build empathy for customers by engaging with the product directly.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in B2C product management, especially in lending or cash advance products.
  • 2+ years of business or P&L ownership experience.
  • 2+ years working with financial products in consumer fintech.
  • 3+ years of collaboration with growth, design, engineering, and data teams.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Proven track record of launching and scaling successful products.
  • Excellent communication skills with various stakeholders.
  • Data-driven analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations with a proactive mindset.
  • Flexible, hands-on approach to execution and strategic thinking.
