  • Experience building 0→1 products and scaling through experimentation.
  • Strong analytical skills and data fluency.
  • Proven track record in creating trust-based consumer products.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and prioritization in fast-paced settings.
