Staff Product Manager - Remote

Overview

The Staff Product Manager for our account-based marketing (ABM) platform will lead the strategic direction, development, and execution of some of our most valuable and core product offerings.

In Short

• Define and articulate the product vision and strategy for our ABM capabilities.
• Identify new market opportunities and develop business cases for expanding product offerings.
• Develop and manage a comprehensive product roadmap.
• Ensure timely delivery of product milestones in collaboration with the engineering, UX, and go-to-market (GTM) teams.
• Engage with customers to gather insights and understand their needs.
• Act as the voice of the customer by conducting discovery sessions.
• Ensure the product aligns with customer needs and market demands.
• Collaborate with customers and the GTM teams to collect and prioritize product requirements.
• Develop comprehensive use cases to guide engineering and UX teams.
• Establish and monitor key performance metrics to assess product performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on B2B SaaS.
• Experience in B2B marketing technology.
• Experience in driving innovation and creating market-differentiating features.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
