In Short

• Lead product strategy and roadmap for Vulnerability Management and Compliance.
• Drive strategic initiatives from concept to launch.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Data Science to address emerging threats.
• Gather insights to inform product design and priorities.
• Translate complex problems into actionable requirements.
• Define and track key success metrics for product impact.
• Work with Marketing on messaging and go-to-market strategies.
• Partner with Sales and Support for customer success.
• Conduct competitive and market analysis.
• Mentor others and foster a supportive product culture.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience in cybersecurity.
• Experience in building and launching technical security products.
• Proven ability to define strategy and deliver complex product features.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to act on product metrics.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity.
• Ability to connect product development with customer outcomes.
• Experience working with remote teams across time zones.
