Overview

The MSP Customer Marketing Manager drives growth within our existing MSP customer base by pulling key marketing levers, including lifecycle campaigns, adoption programs, enablement content, and value-based messaging.

In Short

• Plan and execute MSP-focused expansion campaigns.
• Build and manage email nurture programs for MSP customers.
• Lead MSP-exclusive initiatives such as webinars and campaigns.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing to develop MSP-facing resources.
• Work closely with Account Management and Client Success teams.
• Support communications to MSP customers.
• Partner with RevOps to execute campaigns using HubSpot.
• Manage multiple projects and timelines.
• Report on program performance and provide recommendations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, with MSP marketing experience required.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce CRM.
• Proven success in lifecycle or expansion-focused marketing programs.
• Strong copywriting skills for communications and enablement materials.
• Highly detail-oriented with excellent project management skills.
• Understanding of MSP customer lifecycle dynamics.
• Collaborative working style with cross-functional experience.
• Data-driven mindset with program performance measurement experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in cybersecurity markets is a plus.
