In Short

• Lead and scale the Client Success and Account Management teams.
• Establish strategies for renewal rate improvements and upsell opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with key customers.
• Provide training focused on relationship-building and customer de-escalation.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams for technical training.
• Conduct regular 1:1s to review business health and opportunities.
• Drive Quarterly Business Reviews and executive engagement.
• Foster a customer-centric culture organization-wide.
• Work with RevOps and finance on forecasts for leadership.
• Define and track KPIs for customer health and product adoption.

Requirements

• 7+ years in a customer-facing role, with 2+ years in leadership.
• Experience in investment banking, consulting, or similar roles preferred.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent leadership and collaboration skills.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Analytical mindset with metrics-driven experience.
• Prefer candidates with cybersecurity or MSP experience.
• Experience with churn prediction and customer health scoring.
• Willingness to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• MBA preferred but not required.
