In Short

  • You will be the main point of contact for our existing customers, ensuring they integrate JUPUS into their daily work.
  • You identify ways for our customers to use JUPUS more effectively and assist them in discovering additional features and custom solutions.
  • You proactively work to prevent cancellations by advising our customers early and providing solutions for potential challenges.
  • You conduct strategic discussions to maximize the individual value for each law firm.
  • You analyze customer behavior and the health score to develop data-driven measures for retention and expansion.
  • You collaborate closely with the product, sales, and support teams to incorporate customer feedback into the further development of JUPUS.
  • You conduct targeted win-back conversations with previously canceled customers and actively work on their re-acquisition.

Requirements

  • Excellent customer communication: You are empathetic, persuasive, and know how to build long-term relationships.
  • Sales skills: You can demonstrate value, recognize upsell opportunities, and proactively implement them.
  • Experience in customer growth, retention, and expansion: You have already worked for 1-2 years in a similar role and bring valuable experience.
  • Strategic thinking: You understand customer needs, recognize patterns, and develop sustainable solutions for long-term usage.
  • Initiative and ownership: You take action, independently seek solutions, and actively drive success.
  • Data-driven work style: You use analyses and KPIs to make informed decisions for the customer strategy.
  • Startup mentality: You love dynamics, have a hands-on mentality, and want to make a real impact!
  • Fluent in German, good English is a plus.
