We are looking for you as the Founding Talent Acquisition Manager to build Talent Acquisition from the ground up: with ownership and a lot of creative freedom – structured, hands-on, scalable, AI-first.

In Short

• Manage the entire recruiting cycle for all roles, especially in Tech, Product, and GTM.
• Build the entire Talent Acquisition function from strategy to processes and team building.
• Work closely with founders and leadership to develop hiring strategies.
• Implement scalable and structured hiring processes across the company.
• Analyze and optimize recruiting metrics and derive concrete measures.
• Conduct workforce planning and forecasting aligned with the company roadmap.
• Utilize state-of-the-art tools for AI-supported sourcing and automation.
• Maintain a top-level candidate experience.
• Engage in active employer branding through various channels.
• Manage external recruiting partners to ensure cultural and quality fit.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition with a focus on Tech and GTM roles.
• Experience in building or scaling recruiting functions in startup environments.
• Proven business partner role at a senior level.
• 2+ years of experience in team leadership.
• Hands-on mentality with a pragmatic approach.
• Strong knowledge of relevant candidate markets and interest in AI.
• Excellent German and English skills (minimum C1).
• Experience in executive search is a plus.
• Energy and drive to make recruiting smarter.
