Staff Product Manager - Remote

Overview

As a Staff Product Manager, you will be a key leader, working closely with engineering, go-to-market, and partner teams to define and deliver products that simplify the deployment and management of Confluent Platform across various environments.

In Short

• Define and execute product strategy and roadmap for Confluent for Kubernetes (CFK).
• Drive product strategy for Confluent's Ansible playbooks.
• Develop product strategy for Confluent's OEM program.
• Gather and prioritize product requirements from various sources.
• Work closely with engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and partner teams on go-to-market strategies.
• Analyze product usage and market trends for growth opportunities.
• Act as a subject matter expert for CFK, Ansible, and OEM capabilities.
• Present product strategies and updates to teams, customers, and partners.

Requirements

• Experience with Enterprise software deployment and security architectures.
• Proven track record owning complex technical products.
• Deep understanding of Kubernetes and cloud-native infrastructure.
• Experience as an engineer, product manager, or solutions architect.
• Experience maintaining a clear product roadmap backed by user stories.
• 7+ years of product management experience, with 3+ in platform domains.
• Exceptional written and presentation skills.
• Ability to build relationships with global co-workers and customers.
• Demonstrated ability to drive business outcomes through product changes.
