Senior Social Media Manager - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Senior Social Media Manager to own both organic and paid social strategy and execution across multiple law firm clients. This position is 100% Remote and requires US-based employees only, specifically from Eastern and Central Time Zones.

• Own social media strategy and execution for multiple client accounts.
• Plan and manage content calendars across all major platforms.
• Oversee content production and ensure quality/control.
• Write or refine messaging to align with each client’s positioning.
• Monitor engagement and maintain professional standards across accounts.
• Track performance and continuously optimize based on data.
• Manage paid social campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn end-to-end.
• Lead creative testing to improve conversion rates.
• Analyze performance data and make optimization decisions.
• Report on results and identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years managing social media and paid social campaigns.
• Proven experience managing and optimizing paid campaigns on Meta.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing and lead generation.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on performance.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Experience with law firms or professional services is preferred.
• Familiarity with AI tools in marketing workflows is preferred.
